SERAC is a brand of UNID Solutions GmbH. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Overview

This website presents the SERAC brand and its designs. There is no shop, no customer account, no form and no way to order. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services and no social media plug-ins. Fonts and all other content are served from this website’s own web space; no content from other providers is embedded. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, which we use as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is stored only as long as necessary for operation and security and is then deleted by Netlify.

Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) apply as a fallback.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage or session storage. The start page forwards you to the German or English version based on your browser’s language setting; nothing is stored in the process. A consent banner is therefore not needed.

Should we use services that require consent in the future, they will only start after you have agreed, and we will describe them here beforehand.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is operated via Google Workspace; our contractual partner is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, which processes messages as our processor. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EU, this is based on an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). We keep the data as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and in line with statutory retention obligations.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to www.uvea.co and to the Austrian Federal Legal Information System (www.ris.bka.gv.at). Data is only transmitted to the provider concerned when you click such a link; its own privacy terms then apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). 8. Complaints
